By accessing or using the Klovva app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Tom Haskell, trading as Klovva. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Account Creation & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a Klovva account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating household and child profiles.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Klovva is built to facilitate healthy family logistics. You agree not to:
- Use the app to harass, stalk, or intimidate co-parents, school staff, or any other individuals.
- Input sensitive medical data or financial information (like full credit card numbers) into standard text fields.
- Share unauthorized information belonging to external groups (e.g., schools or clubs) publicly.
- Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app's security architecture.
4. User-Generated Content & Authority
By adding a child or an external group to Klovva, you warrant that you have the legal right and authority to manage that information. Klovva acts solely as a data processor for the logistics information you input.
5. Limitation of Liability
Klovva is a logistical aid, not a replacement for parental responsibility. We are not liable for:
- Missed events, forgotten items, or scheduling conflicts.
- Inaccuracies in data provided by users, schools, or clubs.
- Disputes arising between co-parents or household members regarding shared schedules.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Tom Haskell (trading as Klovva) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions, particularly regarding the acceptable use policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
